How TargetBillion
works.

A private, invitation-only community for forex traders: how members take part, what it costs, what the risks are, and what is live today and what is still being built. Read it with the Risk Disclosure and the Terms.

Version of 4 October 2026. This page explains how TargetBillion works. It is not financial advice, and nothing on it is a promise of any result.

1. What TargetBillion is

TargetBillion is a platform for traders who want to follow our trading strategies in the forex market, and a members-only community around it. Access is by invitation: a member's referral link, or a code from our team after you ask on the Get invited page. We keep it small on purpose.

We take deposits and payments only on this website, inside your signed-in account. We have no other website, and we never ask for money, or for your account or broker passwords, by Telegram, WhatsApp, email, phone or social media. If someone claims to be us and asks you to pay elsewhere, do not pay, and tell us through the Help Center.

2. Three ways to take part

In preparation

A. Connect your own broker account

Our recommended way. You open and verify your own account with a broker, deposit there yourself, and connect it to our strategy. The money stays in your account, in your name, with your broker; TargetBillion does not hold it. Minimum: $1,000 in the broker account.

In preparation

B. We open and run the account with you

For members who prefer not to do it themselves. The account is opened with you after identity verification and run on our strategy; the money is deposited with the broker, not with TargetBillion. Minimum: $1,000.

Available now

C. Pooled participation

For members who do not want a broker account at all. You deposit on this website; the funds of everyone who chose this way are traded together, in one account. Each week TargetBillion publishes the weekly result and applies it to every participating balance in proportion to what it holds. A weekly result can be higher, lower, zero or negative, and your balance can fall. The Terms always state the rules in force; the way weekly results are applied is being brought in line with this description.

3. What it costs (ways A and B)

You choose a profit target for your account. You pay half of that target in advance, as an invoice in your account: a target of $1,000 means an invoice of $500. When it is paid, we trade your account until it has gained the target. When it has, trading for your account stops and the connection is paused, until you pay for a new target. Nothing is taken from your broker account by us.

If your account is lost (blown) before the target is reached, you get the advance back. While the account is alive and has not reached the target, the invoice stays open.

Hosting: for accounts above $5,000 the cost of the server that runs the connection is ours; for smaller accounts the member provides their own. The cost of pooled participation (way C) is stated in the Terms.

4. Strategies and recorded results

In preparation

Our strategies are shown in recordings of live accounts, which members can watch after signing in, with a link to the live track record. We publish results as they were recorded, with their dates, and we do not present them as a forecast. Past results say nothing certain about future results.

5. Signals

In preparation

Trade signals come from our partner VIP Trade Signal. Members who want to publish signals of their own can apply; a member the team approves gets a Signal Provider badge. Signals are a separate, paid service and are not part of how ways A, B or C work.

6. The community

Available now

Members have a profile (private until you make it public), can send each other connection requests, post (up to 1,000 words and one picture), and message the members they are connected with. Every member is a Trader; Copy Trader and Signal Provider badges are given by the team. You can block anyone and flag anything; the team never reads private messages unless a member flags one.

7. The risks, plainly

  • You can lose money, and all of it. Forex trading uses leverage; losses can be fast and can exceed what you expected. No strategy wins every week, and ours does not.
  • Nothing is guaranteed. Not a profit, not a weekly result, not the return of what you deposited — except the refund of an advance fee under the rule in section 3.
  • Pooled funds are shared. In way C the funds of all participants are traded together; a loss is shared by all of them. Balances here are records kept by TargetBillion; they are not bank deposits and are not insured or covered by any compensation scheme.
  • Things can go wrong. A broker, a server, an internet connection, a payment network or a trading program can fail; a market can gap past any limit. We may pause or stop a strategy or a feature.
  • Rules and taxes. The rules that apply to you depend on where you live. You are responsible for knowing them and for your own taxes.

Only take part with money you can afford to lose. If you are unsure, ask someone qualified before you do.

8. Who we are, and what we are not

TargetBillion does not describe itself as a bank, and nothing here says it holds any particular licence. The legal entity behind the service, and any licence or regulator, are stated in the Terms of Service. Read them, and take your own advice, before you take part.
